About the Festival
FITPA has just celebrated its 10th anniversary. Founded in 2016, it has two very clear objectives: first, to foster exchange with creators and specialists dedicated to early childhood development, and second, to address the need for inclusive spaces for babies and young children and their families in the state of Jalisco México.
