About the Festival
Baboró is Ireland’s flagship international arts festival for children and families. We present 10 days of 50 curated Irish and international events every October, serving an audience of over 18,000. Based in Galway city, the festival provides professional, multidisciplinary work, including theatre, dance, literature and workshops. We also offer industry events for artists and programmers in the Art for Young Audiences sector.
